After 9 years of holidaying at the fabulous Eildon Riverside Holiday Park, it is time for someone else to enjoy the benefits and lifestyle this place has afforded our family and friends.

The cabin is set in the last row of the park, backing on to the paddock next door.  The backyard is fenced so you can relax and enjoy yourself without worrying about pets &/or small children wandering off.

Sit on the back deck and have a private breakfast in the sun in the morning or enjoy a social drink and nibbles in the shade on a hot afternoon; after you have finished canoeing down the river or playing on the lake behind the boat.

We are happy to sell the boat, skis, canoes etc along with the cabin, if this is something you are interested in, so you can step into a complete, stress free holiday lifestyle.

The cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, ceiling fan, plenty of storage and a double glass sliding door out onto the back deck.

The other bedroom has 2 sets of bunks, one with a trundle bed, storage drawers under both and a fan with remote control.

There is a modern bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine, and plenty of cupboard space.

The full size kitchen has a pantry, , full size oven, double door fridge freezer with ice-maker, coffee machine, plenty of cupboard space, a bi-fold window  at the sink that opens up to the bbq area on the front deck.

The lounge room has a double reclining lounge, 2 single recliners, a wall mounted TV and a DVD player

Reverse cycle air, heats and cools the place extremely well.

There is a huge family/games room that runs the whole length of the cabin with plenty of space for the kids to hang out, or room for more beds if you are sharing with family and/or friends.  This room is fully carpeted with gold quality underlay, to help keep the noise down.  There is a wall mounted tv/video player and a futon in this room.

The front deck has a built in bbq, table and chairs, futon lounge, pull down blinds across the front for privacy and weather protection.

The fully concreted carport is high enough to leave the wake tower up on the boat at all times; there are also pull-down blinds at the rear of the carport to protect the boat or create another social area if you feel the need.

To top everything off the neighbours on each side are awesome.

This cabin can come as a package deal with the boat.  It is a fabulous holiday lifestyle and we are only selling because we are moving on the see the rest of our beautiful country.
